April Update Anticipation thread

Here are a few features we are currently developing for April:
* Increases to account-based storage
* Improvements to character-based storage
* Account-based changes to the Hall of Monuments

April is still over a month away. What are your expectations? What are your hopes for Anet's first major content release on the new "every three to four month" schedule?
Here are my thoughts/predictions:
Account-based storage will mean new tabs for dyes and tomes.
Character-based storage will mean that the weapon sets will actually hold weapons, and similar "Armor sets" will be added to allow character to hold extra armor sets without taking up space in the backpack or bags and swap them with one click.
Skill hunter will be made an account-wide title. An option will be given for displaying your hall as "individual" or "account wide". You will be able to display your trophies, minis, etc. in whatever order you choose.
A new quest like the scavenger hunt for the moa mini will be added. It will require that all campaigns and Eotn are included on your account.

Great, a topic more than a month in advance, maybe two if it goes live in the end of April. Now we can build up expectations so high only to be disapointed.
My expectations:
* Increases to account-based storage
* Improvements to character-based storage
* Account-based changes to the Hall of Monuments

A buff for Ritualists to make more skills worthwhile in PvE.
Heh, I don't expect it, just that it would be nice.

I am expecting storage container's like the incubator thing along the lines of a armor storage and a mini storage in a bag type thing that takes up one slot.
Account Storage improvements - unless they pulled a graphics artist or UI artist off of GW2 to actually expand the storage, I am expecting dye container's and tomes containers that take up one slot in the X-storage.
Another option could be a second X-storage but the material tab would be useless.

The only thing I care about out of that whole update is whether or not I'll be able to manually sort things in the HoM. If that can't be done, I'm waiting another three months for some other update that I won't be sure if I like.
Aside from the content, I would hope that a lot of the powerful metas that have sprung up due to the last few skill functionality changes will get nerfed by then.

Sorry skill hunter should not and logically can not be account wide. 1 char has all of the skills not every char. If you want an account wide add a title for it. Like Crazy idiot for wasting all that money on Cap Sigs lol...was a joke but seriously don't make skill hunter account wide.

What does "account-based HoM" mean?
Single char titles useless then? or what?

This. I've been playing for nearly 4 years without a dye-tab, armor-tab, miniature-tab or whatever. I think I can manage without until GW2 launches.
The randomness of the HoM however is very unnerving. I'd like to pick the mini's/armor/titles which are displayed.
But that's my opinion of course.
Ow, and from Linsey's FAQ:
Quote:
Q: Will "insert random title here" be made account wide?
A: No. I have already evaluated the titles in the game when developing the big title update in November 2008 and I have decided that there aren't any reasons compelling enough to warrant additional titles being made account wide.

I would like everything to be stackable, like inscription, handles...! This would save a lot of inscription slots ^^
Have a book of books where I can put all my tomes

The additions of all characters on an account will factor into determining whether a monument is full or not. For example, instead of one character needing 11 Destroyer weapons, many of which he can't use, you could have your caster character add a staff/wand/focus, ranger character add a bow, war add melee weapons and shield, etc. So even though each character has only partially filled his monument, the monument will be full when considered on account-wide basis.
@R.Shayne: I like the container idea. That could have a pretty big impact depending on how generic the containers could be. For example, perhaps containers for inscriptions or weapon mods. Or containers that can hold collectable drops. (CNY-feast-in-a-box, anyone? )

None of the monuments are random, there is a preset order to the statues. Of course it seems random when you only put in a few, but once you start finishing, the order shines through. So i wouldn't call the HoM random, I'd call it mostly impersonal really. And I think the sort feature isn't that important, rather get that damn thing account wide working. I want my Survivor and LDoA displayed with all my mains achievements.

Storage for dyes, minipets, books and maybe something for the armors (like having several "armor sets" quickly available for a character).
...And maybe a few surprises

Expectations:
More space in Storage
More space in Invetory
HoM account wide
Reward Points
The final Tonic
Skill balances by Linsey
Hopes:
Drunkard into Point system (off topic and won't happen)
HoM being selectable in what goes where (instead of an automatically chosen order)
More weapon for Valor (not too many though - just Deldrimor golds and elite area-only golds *such as Zodiac*)
A Container for Miniature pets (one for dedicated 1st year, unded 1st year, ded 2nd year, unded 2nd year, etc. etc. sorted by year/non-year then ded/unded)
Container for runes, dyes, and tomes.
Tome and Inscription traders.
Money Cap increase
I only expect two or three of the hopes to even be considered.

I imagine they'll add more slots in inventory, perhaps making the belt pouch take 10 items instead of 5.
Account wide display of HOM - I would really love to see a 'check' system like when you display a title on your character, so you could 'check' the 5 titles you want displayed in your honor monument, 'check' the heroes you want displayed etc. It sucks that you have no control over it and can only randomly cycle through until you get something that's ok.
I don't want them to make any more titles account wide - for titles like skill hunter etc. it's already too easy with tomes to get the best elites and such on your level 1 character, it shouldn't be automatic. Plus that'll render tomes useless, and I enjoy making money selling them. Other titles like sweets etc. should stay character based even though they'll display account wide in the hom, because they're money sink titles and if someone wants to get it on more than 1 character they should have to pay for it.
I could see an increase in the money cap, both for storage and for an individual trade, although I don't think they'll do this.
I'd like another tab added to xunlai to hold dyes, runes, insignias, and tomes. These things are always the same unlike weapon mods (a rune of sup vigor is always +50, a survivor insignia is always the same, while a sword fortitude could be +25 or +28 or anything)
I could see the use in some kind of pouch to hold the 'written evidence' books like the hero's handbook, shiro's return etc. so it would take up 1 slot in inventory instead of 1 for each book you're holding. Although I tend to hold no more than 2 books anyway, I could see how it would be annoying.
I'd love to have another cross game scavenger hunt like black moa or mox, that rewards people for putting all the games on 1 account. That means the normal people who have their own personal account could make some cash, while the people who have 20 copies of 1 game for xunlai rewards and free zkeys don't get the free cash for it.
